Return & Refund Policy
Age restriction: VapeGoal sells nicotine products to adults aged 18 and over only. By ordering you confirm you are 18+. We may ask for a valid Emirates ID or passport on delivery and can refuse delivery if age cannot be verified.
Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
Change of mind
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vape products cannot be returned. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery; the return delivery cost is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (or by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders) within 7–14 working days.
